Will there be livestream tickets available for those who can’t attend in person?TransformHER Live is an in-person experience designed to create deep connections and transformational breakthroughs. We are not offering livestream tickets at this time, but we encourage you to attend in person to fully immerse yourself in the event.

What's included in the ticket price?Your ticket grants you full access to all conference sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, plus any bonus materials and resources we share throughout the event. We can't wait to see you there!

I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?We understand that things can come up, and while we're sorry you won’t be able to join us, we do not offer refunds for tickets under any circumstances. However, your ticket is transferable, so feel free to pass it along to someone who can attend and experience this transformative event.

Is there a dress code for the event?We recommend business casual attire for most sessions, with comfortable shoes for walking between rooms.

Are meals included in my ticket price?For general admission attendees, meals are not included, but we’ll have plenty of nearby options and recommendations for you. However, if you’ve registered as a VIP, meals will be provided for all three days of the conference. We’ll also provide a list of local restaurants for your convenience.

Can I book a hotel room through THL?Yes, we’ve reserved room blocks for your convenience! You can find more information and booking instructions on our Logistics page, including the special room code for THL attendees.

How do I get updates leading up to the conference?Make sure to join our private Facebook community for updates, bonus elevation trainings, reminders, and to connect with fellow attendees before the event! We’ll also send key information via email to keep you informed every step of the way.
Frequently Asked Questions
PAYMENT PLANS: Full payment for your event ticket is due at the time of registration however, a payment option may be offered to you as a courtesy. Scheduled payments are attempted on the due date per the agreement. Should payment processing be unsuccessful on the first attempt, TSM will attempt to process the scheduled payment every day until the payment is successful. Any payment declines not resolved in a 4-day time frame will incur a $50 collection fee. You are responsible for making all payments in your agreement of purchase whether you attend the event or not. All payments are non- refundable. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
